Missing your package?
If your package has been marked delivered by the carrier you will need to call/make a claim online with the Canada Post.
They may have made an error and your package will be re-directed in a couple days. Be sure to check the community mailbox and if they have left you a key for the larger compartments, check with neighbours as well.

Should they deem the package lost we may be able to confirm new shipping details and re-ship your order, however RHEA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and reserves the right to not replace the package.
